We have designed our HR and payroll implementation services to be delivered remotely, in person, or a combination of the two depending on your requirements.

Remote services delivering seamless implementation
Our implementation service is designed to remotely deliver your project on time and within budget, no matter on your organisation’s size, structure or location.
We believe it’s important you can rely on frequent and accessible communication throughout the process to ensure that together, we deliver the right outcome first time. Engaging with us is simple. There are three steps to deliver your project:
- Our qualified platform and domain expert will contact you using our video technology. They will introduce themselves, any additional team members that are required for the project, arrange a timetable for implementation, discuss any of your concerns and ensure the outcomes are agreed between both parties. Typically, this takes 60-120 minutes, depending on your needs.
- Once the timetable is agreed our MHR experts, who have years of expertise in software deployment and HR and payroll domains will begin to implement your platform, guiding you through each of the steps. As we understand it is important for you to be in control of the project, we will conduct the training at your pace, using a combination of self-paced learning and virtual classroom courses. We are with you every step of the way.
- Following the implementation of the project you are ready to go, and if you need any further support MHR is here for you. Our MHR Assist programme allows you to buy packages of hours that can be used.

We have been a leader in the HR and payroll space for over 35 years, and we develop our consultants based upon the expertise we have built up over this time, and the qualifications they have. Many of our consultants are CIPD qualified, with others working towards these qualifications.
We believe in people development so we support our teams to continually increase their knowledge so they can pass this onto our customers.
