Jessica Mills
Chairman
Jessica Mills joined in 2015 as a Non-Executive Director, before becoming Vice Chairman in 2018, where she became further involved with all functions in the business.
In 2021, Jessica was appointed Chairman of MHR and has helped grow the business to how it stands today.
Anton Roe

Anton Roe has been CEO of MHR International Group since July 2017. He has been instrumental in the growth of the business, bringing two decades of tech industry leadership and experience to the role.
Anton has driven forward the corporate vision for MHR, heading up the planning and management of our continued expansion in the UK and globally. He has unrivalled expertise in how technology can support the future of work.
Mark Jenkins
Chief Information Officer
Mark Jenkins joined MHR International Group in January 2019 to lead the company’s finance team, and now serves as Chief Information Officer to implement a robust and efficient strategy to drive sustainable growth in the UK and internationally.
Mark has over 20 years experience in finance and has a proven track record of improving internal processes that underpin robust financial controls leading to improved performance.
Nick Felton
Chief Sales Officer
Nick Felton joined MHR in 2014 and has driven significant growth across MHR's full portfolio, taking a lead role in shaping analytics solutions.
Nick brings more than 25 years of industry experience to the role. Prior to MHR, he had ran teams in North America, and consulted in worldwide regions such as Asia, South America and North America.
Andrew Watson
Chief Technology Officer
Andrew Watson has been Chief Technology Officer at MHR International Group since 2018. Andrew has been instrumental in overseeing the technical development of MHR’s innovative software products, including people collaboration platform People First.
Andrew has a collaborative and engaging approach to successful IT leadership gained from his extensive experience driving business transformation.
Jeanette Wheeler
Chief HR Officer
Jeanette Wheeler joined MHR in 1996 and now leads the HR team. Shortlisted twice as HR Director of the Year in two separate national business category awards, Jeanette has overall responsibility for MHR’s employees and training strategy.
Passionate about employee engagement, resilience and wellbeing in the modern workplace, in addition to encouraging employees to embrace new opportunities and challenges, Jeanette is skilled and highly motivated in supporting all MHR colleagues.

Ian Stewart joined MHR in 2015, stepping into the role of Chief Marketing Officer in 2024 to head up the company’s dynamic and far-reaching marketing and communications functions. Ian's expertise perfectly lends itself to MHR’s bold ambitions and strategic direction.
Iain Moffat
Chief Delivery Officer
Iain Moffat joined MHR International Group in March 1998, from the MHR customer base. He now leads the company’s business delivery and innovation team, supporting customers’ implementations of solutions and the delivery of their digital transformations.
Iain has over 37 years of experience in software, IT and customer service and is a great advocate of digital transformation, with a proven track record of helping organisations to go digital while staying human.
Peter Ward
Principal Legal Officer and Company Secretary
Peter Ward has been Company Secretary at MHR International Group since 2018 and Principal Legal Officer since January 2022. He has a long background in contract law including teaching, training and commercial negotiation.
Peter also has a strong interest and background in negotiation and conflict resolution and uses those skills to good effect to find creative solutions required to unlock difficult contract negotiations with customers and suppliers.
Philip Edwards
Finance Director
An accomplished and senior finance leader with a track record of high performance across multiple business sectors, Philip Edwards joined MHR in 2022. Since then, he has been driving high standards of financial control, with a strategic focus to enable a clearer narrative across the business.
