Cardinal Global Logistics has over 40 offices around the global, they needed to ensure all colleges were supported regardless of location.


Cardinal Global Logistics has a dispersed workforce and keeping everyone connected and updated across the world was difficult. With a priority to ensure all Cardinal colleagues truly felt apart of the Cardinal family, they needed a better way of communicating.

With an ever growth business, recruitment was becoming more and more complex. They required a solution that would keep everything in one place rather than spending time searching for specific information.

Finally, Cardinal Global Logistics operated using manual payroll process which was at risk of human error and needed a system that would streamline their payroll process to ensure accurate payslips.


People First was identified to help Cardinal Group Logistics overcome their challenges. The recruitment portal consolidated all recruitment information into one place, simplifying recruitment tasks and saving HR teams time.

Pairing People First with our Learning Management System (LMS), allowed Cardinal employees to access over 55 courses. This then enabled the learning and development team to sit down with managers and plan employees development plans in line with where they want to be in the future.

Cardinal Group Logistics are looking forward to implement People First real-time payroll solution, it will allow Cardinal to streamline their payroll processes and save them time by removing manual intervention.
