MHR Assist gives you access to a team of experts, who are ready to help with advice, support and guidance when you need it. We can help you with:

Our team can support you with ad-hoc consultancy, including advice on new releases, queries about Business Objects and post upgrade actions

Remote assistance when you need it
You may need to configure changes to your pension scheme, pay calculations or absence reporting, or you may not know how to set up something new. With MHR Assist, you can use our remote consultancy and training services in as little as 15-minute blocks, to help you turn a 30-minute job into a five-minute job.

As well as our Assist programme, we offer a range of different consultancy services, from optimising your system to maximise your value, to a full strategic review of your HR and payroll to transform the way you work.
Our team of expert consultants are on hand to offer both remote and onsite consultancy services, depending on your requirements.
FAQs
You can buy blocks of either 10, 30, 60, 120 or 180 hours with a 10-hour bolt on available, which means you can buy a block of 60 and add an extra 10 hours.
If you use all your hours, no problem, you can just add more.
The minimum session length is 15 minutes and there is no maximum time.
We ask that you use all of your service hours within a 12-month period.
We’ll be in touch with you in less than 24-hours and often sooner than that depending on the support you require.
MHR’s Assist service works alongside your existing Service Desk and Service Cloud support to provide a 360° support package that is on hand when you need it. It has been designed to offer you additional support over and above our standard services.
