MHR’s iTrent helps Blue Square combine people, technology and data

With their current HRIS up for renewal, they recognised that their needs have greatly changed since its implementation in 2017 requiring a solution that would keep up with their future-growth and longer-term requirements. 

They needed a system that could handle payroll across the UK & ROI, with a particular focus on timesheets. They also needed a system that could handle rota planning and scheduling, saving their management teams’ valuable time.
