Hendy Group, the family-run retail group, chooses MHR to support with HR and payroll management

Hendy Group has been in operation since 1859, and is currently run by the fifth-generation of the Hendy family. It has dealerships across the south coast of the UK spanning Devon, Dorset, Wiltshire, Hampshire, Sussex, Surrey and Kent, offering new and used car and van sales as well as servicing support.  

The company was looking for a single, feature-rich HR solution that could be easily adopted across the business and help to streamline the existing fragmented people, talent and payroll processes. MHR’s iTrent system provided the integrated solution Hendy Group was seeking. Through MHR’s use of Microsoft’s Power BI tools, the solution also offers the business improved reporting capabilities with stronger Managed Information (MI) and data visualisation. 

Hendy Group currently has over 1,700 colleagues but as a growing company it needed a solution that was scalable and could match its future plans.
