  1. Why are users receiving an email regarding relinking their calendars to their accounts? Are these emails genuine or spam?

  2. Will my external calendar details be visible to other users in People First? 
    No, other users will just see “Busy” for the events if they look at your calendar.

     

  3. Can you turn off the Cronofy integration on a tenant-by-tenant basis in People First? 
    Not currently.

     

  4. Why can’t our employees link their calendars? 
    Permission to link calendars may be required by your IT team. Once this has been granted, users will be able to link their calendars as required.

     

  5. Is it possible to link all of our employee’s calendars on their behalf?  
    Not currently, it needs to be enabled per person.
