Leading HR and payroll experts MHR International have announced a partnership with award-winning construction software firm 4PS to offer a comprehensive end-to-end ERP business solution for construction companies.

The new integration combines MHR’s People First product, which offers market-leading people solutions for HR, payroll, workforce management, recruitment, and learning with 4PS’ business solutions software for finance, project management, bid management, and resource allocation – helping construction companies to be more efficient and effective.

The new partnership will help construction companies improve their overall viability and control, time management, compliance, accuracy, and productivity, to offer a complete business solution that provides big picture planning and strategic development.

Anton Roe, CEO at MHR says: “The construction sector has had a difficult few years with the uncertainty of Brexit, building safety concerns and Covid-19. Our partnership with 4PS enables us to offer a comprehensive end-to-end ERP solution to help companies in the industry build resilience, be more agile, efficient, and productive.”

Ian Cowan, Managing Director at 4PS UK says: ‘We are thrilled to be joining forces with MHR and offer the construction industry market-leading payroll and people management solutions seamlessly integrated with our award-winning business management solution 4PS Construct. We are strong believers that the industry can improve efficiency, overall project visibility and control of margins, through an end-to-end solution. People management is also an important part of this solution. We warmly welcome MHR as our partner and look forward to a long and successful collaboration.’

With a combined business and people solution, MHR and 4PS will support companies to analyse the probability of potential hurdles leading to better margin control, greater productivity, faster processes, greater employee engagement and increased savings – all while improving safety on sites. Construction firms will be able to view projects in real-time while managing their employees with ease.
