Great Minds Together, the not-for-profit organisation that aims to deliver better outcomes for children and young people with social, emotional and mental health needs, has chosen to transform their HR, payroll, rostering and talent programmes with MHR’s iTrent HR, payroll and learning management platform.

Great Minds Together has seen significant growth over the past three years since its inception, however the organisation was still using manual spreadsheets to manage its HR, talent and people management processes, with rosters managed by a single employee through WhatsApp. In addition, they felt their existing payroll system was not able to support their continuing growth and development.

MHR’s solutions will provide better communication and accessibility throughout the business’ training programme, and supplement integration between HR and payroll which will enable better time management and reporting capabilities.

Jo Galeski, Operations Director at Great Minds Together, said: “We needed an integrated HR and payroll platform – one that could simplify, protect and optimise the systems for our staff welfare, payroll and wider training programme to aid the excellent work we are doing with young children. After considering a wealth of options, MHR came out on top in terms of its full-service offering. The functionality is excellent and MHR’s tactics to integrate into our existing systems was second to none. Since using iTrent we’ve already seen improved accuracy and increased peace-of-mind across our business processes and payroll.”

Anton Roe, CEO at MHR, said: “We are pleased to be working with Great Minds Together to play our part in supporting the important work they are doing. Integrating HR, payroll and learning through iTrent will help to transform the organisation’s critical processes. This will only help to facilitate the remarkable work they do to support children and young people with their social, emotional and mental health.”
