The browsers we guarantee both the functionality and look / feel of the application are below:

Desktop

• Chrome, latest and the preceding major version
• Safari, latest and the preceding major version
• Firefox, latest and the preceding major version
• Edge chromium, latest and the preceding major version

Mobile

• iOS - Safari, latest and the preceding major version
• Android - Chrome, latest and the preceding major version
   

Browsers we don't support

• All older versions of the browsers above
• All other browsers not listed above

People First support for Internet Explorer 11 has ceased.

Please note: Users of unsupported browser will be shown a splash screen informing them that their browser is not supported, depending on the browser the user may be able to proceed through to the application anyway.
 

Mobile operating systems (OS) we support

• IOS - latest and preceding major version
• Android - latest and preceding major version
   

Testing

We will only test the browsers we support across desktop and mobile.
 

Fixing Bugs

Bugs are only raised against the browsers we support, these bugs go through the standard bug fixing process. Any bugs raised against a browser we don't support are set to 'won't fix'.
