Transforming HR and Payroll in Universities
Universities are being asked to do more with less. This is on top of modernising services, improving staff experience and delivering strong long-term strategies. Digital transformation is no longer a technology programme alone, it depends on joined-up data, processes and people.
HE Transformation 2026 is a senior leadership forum bringing together 400+ leaders from across UK higher education. The event will test ideas, challenge assumptions and accelerate institution-wide change.
Benchmark priorities with peers, hear practical perspectives on digital, data, systems and operating models. Make connections that can help move transformation from ambition to delivery.
To discuss how you can achieve this, visit our MHR team on Stand 28/29 in the main exhibition area. We look forward to discussing how MHR can support your HR and payroll requirements in Higher Education.
