They chose MHR’s award-winning iTrent HR and payroll solution and Microsoft Business Central for Finance to improve processes across their Knowsley Estate employees.
Stanley Enterprise, owner of the 2500-acre Knowsley Estate on Merseyside, has selected MHR International to transform its finance and management processes.
The implementation will deploy MHR’s iTrent HR and Payroll platform as well as Microsoft Business Central. The solutions will streamline processes, improve accuracy, and save time for Stanley Enterprise’s 160 employees.

After a rigorous selection process, we chose iTrent because of its reputation and exceptional functionality. We also wanted to enhance our financial processes, capabilities, and reporting. Microsoft Business Central ticked all those boxes for us.”
Irene sees company-wide improvements through 2023 once iTrent and Microsoft Business Central are being widely utilised: “We’re looking forward to the many benefits iTrent will deliver when we’re fully up-and-running.”

Knowsley Estate is an iconic organisation that we are really pleased to be working with – supporting their medium and long-term objectives."
About Stanley Enterprise
Knowsley Estate is home to several contrasting enterprises. Knowsley Safari and Knowsley Hall, Merseyside icons, welcome hundreds of thousands of visitors each year. Set in over 2500 acres of walled estate, Knowsley Estate is just a short distance from Liverpool city centre. It is the ancestral home of the Earls of Derby and was built in 1495 by the first Earl.
The Hall offers a flexible space for meetings and events and is the only UK stately home to receive a 5* Gold rating from Visit Britain for its accommodation.
Knowsley Safari has been open to the public for over 50 years and is the largest paid for visitor attraction in the Liverpool City Region. The wider estate, with its farmland, houses and Stanley Grange Business Village, supports the wider Knowsley community.
Further afield is the Stanley House Stud, home to 'Mare in a Million' Ouija Board, and holiday lettings on the Crag Estate in the Peak District.
