The challenge

Delt Shared Services delivers payroll, pensions and HR services to more than 30 public sector organisations, each with its own payroll rules, pension schemes and operational requirements. As demand grew, the organisation needed a platform that could manage increasing complexity while maintaining accuracy, compliance and efficiency.

Having previously used iTrent, Delt moved to another provider in search of greater flexibility. However, the replacement solution couldn't support the complexity of its shared services model, leading to manual workarounds, increased administration and greater risk of payroll errors.
