Companies House started to lose confidence with their iTrent system. Even though there were new and emerging functionality, they weren’t using iTrent’s basic set-up to its full ability, which caused unnecessary lengthy and complex processes.
MHR’s strategic team established a project plan to undertake a strategic review of Companies House wellbeing and iTrent system and processes. The results allowed senior and corporate teams to understand iTrent and how it fits with the wider transformation programme they were undergoing.
