We've been to CIPD's Festival of Work!
The biggest HR event of the year is back and better than ever. Hosted at London ExCel, the theme was ‘driving people with purpose to thrive.’ There were loads of amazing keynote speakers, as well as a bustling expo hall packed with people sharing the best HR insights possible - including us!

As Britain's first female fighter pilot and first female leader of an all-male squadron, it’s no surprise Jo has been named as one of BBC's 50 most inspirational women in the world. Jo was on MHR's stand to share her stories from the skies, as well as talk all things leadership, and building and leading high-performing teams.
