The Sixth Form Bolton selects MHR to provide HR and payroll support
The Sixth Form Bolton, the town’s only specialist college focusing on 16–19-year-olds, has chosen MHR to support the digital transformation of its HR and payroll processes.
The college is currently integrating MHR’s iTrent solution to replace existing manual HR and payroll work which included data entry in excel spreadsheets and other paper-based practices. This manual approach took up considerable time and also required duplication of data on different platforms. To overcome this, the sixth form picked MHR’s solution to automate its HR and payroll operations.
The Sixth Form Bolton was attracted to the functionality of MHR’s iTrent platform, a solution which is already helping more than 270 educational institutions across the country. iTrent operates as a single database for all components, greatly reducing the chance of dual data entry and saving both time and money. MHR’s experience and knowledge of the education sector was also a critical factor in the college’s decision to use the company’s services.
Integration of MHR’s iTrent HR, payroll, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development modules is already underway, alongside business objects and its pensions data service.
