Henry Boot needed to see where their processes could be improved to drive efficiencies, improve transparency and improve automation to reduce manual tasks.
They wanted to provide an Employee Self-Service (ESS) that would increase awareness of the value the benefits bring to employees as part of their contract. Helping improve transparency and flexibility for their employees, whilst giving them more control over transactional tasks.
After an MHR strategic review, procedures were improved for Henry Boot, through a better implementation of employee self-service and the automation of tasks which led to streamlined processes.
They gained smoother communication and better transparency across departments, which improved overall employee engagement across the organisation.
