As part of our continuous investment and drive to innovate, we are pleased to announce our partnership with Inciper, a consultancy specialising in finance and wider business transformation.

Traditionally, HR, payroll and finance have worked in siloes – usually only sharing information and data within their respective teams and systems.

This partnership will support customers integrating Microsoft Dynamics finance products with our award-winning HR and payroll platforms, People First and iTrent. This will deliver a powerful solution that provides significant operational and efficiency gains, consolidated reporting and improved employee experience.

A fully integrated HR, payroll and finance solution will help to unify disparate systems and prevent issues with data latency, while also supporting internal teams to forecast accurately and with confidence.

Anton Roe, MHR’s CEO says:

“We’re delighted to partner with Inciper to support our customers with the integration of Dynamics 365 Finance with People First and iTrent. This creates a powerful end-to-end solution that will help those organisations looking for an integrated HR, payroll and finance solution, without the costs of a traditional ERP platform. Our joint aim is to support companies that see the value in business agility and reaping the benefits of extra efficiency, as a result of consolidating their operational processes.”

Mark Roberts, Founder & CEO of Inciper says:

“We’re delighted to formally announce our strategic partnership with MHR. At Inciper we start and end with your business to ensure you get tangible, measurable value from your technology investment. We’re please to be working with MHR delivering a joined-up solution to our customers looking to benefit from the significant operational and efficiency gains to be made from an integrated payroll, HR and finance solution.”
