They selected MHR’s award-winning iTrent HR and payroll solution with a complementary, integrated range of other applications.

Camphill Village Trust, a national charity supporting people with learning disabilities and complex needs, has chosen MHR to implement a range of business solutions to transform management and administrative processes. In addition to MHR’s core iTrent HR and Payroll platform, the implementation includes Case Management, Learning and Development, Performance Management and Check-Ins. Also included is a bureau service, Pension Data Service (PDS) and Learning Management System (LMS).

The solutions will improve integration between HR and payroll, reduce manual workarounds and calculations.

John Lucey, People Director at Camphill Village Trust, said: “We needed an integrated HR and payroll platform – a best of breed platform that could cope with complexities such as multiple employments. After considering a variety of options, we selected MHR. The functionality looked excellent, and the system’s capabilities were clear to us. We also needed to manage pension returns more efficiently.”  As the system is deployed in 2023, John envisages the Trust benefitting from increased efficiencies: “We’re looking forward to time savings, improved accuracy and increased peace-of-mind around our business needs and processes.”

Anton Roe, Chief Executive Officer at MHR, comments: "We are delighted to be working with Camphill Village Trust to realise the benefits the iTrent platform will provide. The Trust does important work right across the country and we are pleased to be supporting them."
