Lincolnshire Co-op selects MHR to deliver innovative business software across its 2900+ workforce

The initial implementation phase will see Lincolnshire Co-op roll-out core HR, payroll and workforce management modules to transform its management and operational processes across their divisions in the county.

A second phase will see the implementation of the performance management module, while some other value adding HR modules on their radar include e-signatures, survey builder, insight builder and employee and manager self-service.

Heather Lee, Head of People and Performance at Lincolnshire Co-op says: “We’re looking to enhance our HR and payroll systems – something that will save time while also being an altogether more engaging experience.” Heather also envisages across-the-board operational improvements once iTrent is fully implemented: “We chose MHR based on its reputation and the functionality we saw. We’re excited thinking ahead to the benefits iTrent will bring us when we’re fully up-and-running.”

Anton Roe, Chief Executive Officer at MHR comments: “We’re pleased to partner with Lincolnshire Co-op and help them realise the many benefits iTrent will deliver. The HR, payroll and workforce management modules will improve efficiencies, reduce the admin burden and streamline processes – freeing up people’s time to focus on other areas of the business. Lincolnshire Co-op is a well-established brand that we’re really pleased to work with – supporting their growth and objectives."
