In 2011, following a demerger from a larger business, Punch Pubs & Co needed to modernise its systems while minimising disruption. Initially, the team used MHR’s iTrent to solve these problems. But over time, they generally shifted towards a more modern approach. They wanted employees to self-serve, as this would reduce their administrative overhead.
