Despite everyone being remote, our services and operations are running as usual.

Our customers are consuming services by the hour remotely. New project implementations are running smoothly through our Professional Services team, our Managed Service team are delivering payrolls with high levels of accuracy, and emergency payroll services are supporting customers who need it. Data security is paramount, even more so as a result of COVID-19. The security threat level across the world is higher as cyber-criminals have increased their attempts to exploit organisations, and with more people working from home, organisations are more vulnerable. Rest assured that MHR has taken the necessary risk assessments and reviews to ensure our security controls are effective in protecting your data.

In the short time since the new rules have been in place, MHR has hosted a series of webinars attended by unprecedented numbers, from those requiring advice about maintaining their HR and payroll systems and mobilising their workforces remotely. We will continue to host these webinars over the coming weeks, to assist with any specific questions you may have.

We have launched a series of podcasts advising organisations about crucial topics such as government legislation, furlough and holiday leave extension, to help businesses navigate these changes. Our internal HR, payroll, workforce engagement and workplace technology experts are monitoring legislation closely, so keep an eye on our blog page and LinkedIn pages for regular updates and specialist guidance.

The safety of our employees, customers and the wider community remains our top priority as we power forward with business as usual, albeit in a different way.
