The P3 Group selects MHR’s People First to drive digital transformation in the charity sector

P3 has chosen MHR's People First software

P3 has selected our cloud-based platform to modernise their HR and payroll operations, unifying HR, payroll, recruitment, talent, and learning into one integrated solution.

The P3 Group, made up of P3 Housing Association and P3 Charity, is a national organisation with more than 800 employees and 200 volunteers supporting people who face social exclusion and homelessness, and we’re excited to announce that P3 has chosen MHR’s People First platform to modernise its HR and payroll operations. The group is transforming the way it uses data, transitioning to modern, cloud-based systems, including MHR’s People First platform that consolidates HR, payroll, talent, learning, and recruitment into one integrated platform.

Previously, P3 managed these functions through separate systems, resulting in duplicated effort and manual processes. By adopting People First, P3 aims to streamline operations, freeing up time to unlock new capabilities that enhance the employee experience.

Following a procurement process, P3 selected MHR not only for People First’s current strengths, but for its clear product roadmap ensuring a constantly advancing platform. As a cloud-based solution, it offers flexibility, scalability, and a consistent user experience, allowing greater engagement from employees and managers alike and enhanced internal HR capability.

P3 praised People First’s modern, intuitive design and collaborative efforts from the MHR team to ensure the solution aligned with the charity’s vision.

Simon Allcock, Change Management and Transformation Lead at P3 commented: "As a charity, every resource counts. We needed a system that not only simplifies our processes but truly supports our people. The clarity of MHR’s product roadmap, combined with the energy and integrity of the team, gave us confidence that People First is the right platform to take us forward. People First gives us the tools to work smarter, engage our teams and focus on what really matters: supporting people who are having a tough time."

This partnership reflects a recent change in the Third Sector, focusing on using modern technology to enhance both efficiency and employee experience. For P3, it marks a significant step forward in using digital innovation to support its mission and long-term sustainability.
