LAT needed to move away from a manual processes to automated processes, the software they desired would deal with multiple contracts, zero hours, term time, pro rata salary payments and sector specific nuances.  

They wanted an integrated platform that would cope with the trusts growth as well as improving accuracy whilst reducing risk.

Solution 

iTrent enabled LAT to have an efficient and more detailed onboarding process, whilst improving report generating times and capabilities.
