Reflex Group invests in new HR system
Fast-growing UK labels and sustainable packaging company Reflex Group has partnered with HR, payroll and talent experts, MHR, for the provision of its market leading cloud-based solution, iTrent, aimed at modernising its people processes to facilitate its future growth strategy.
The Nottinghamshire based company, which employs 700 staff across 18 sites in the UK and has an annual turnover of over £100million, will be using iTrent to streamline and automate its core HR and Payroll functions to drive efficiencies, enhance compliance and amplify critical workforce insight across the organisation.
The transition to iTrent will also see Reflex Group embrace MHR’s Talent Check-In module, which allows organisations to replace annual appraisals with more frequent on-demand conversations about performance, job satisfaction and personal wellbeing.
Meanwhile, the addition of MHR’s Survey Builder module will provide Reflex Group with the flexibility to create customised questionnaires to gain real-time insight and feedback from employees to continually drive employee engagement.
Paul Pollard, HR and Compliance Director at Reflex Group comments: “As a successful family owned local business, partnering with MHR was a perfect and natural fit at absolutely the right time.
“Our phenomenal growth over the past 16 years has meant we have simply outgrown our current payroll system, while it has become increasingly clear that to meet our future business needs replacing the manual paper based systems we have in place for the HR function was essential.
“We’re excited about the implementation of iTrent, and the efficiencies it will generate. Automating the processes involved in the day-to-day management of our people using iTrent promises to deliver significant time and cost savings, eliminating errors associated with manual entry and freeing up staff to focus on more strategic tasks, while the introduction of Talent Check-Ins and Survey Builder will enable us to better engage with our people to improve the work experience and support their career development.”
Anton Roe, CEO at MHR comments: “We are delighted to help a successful and ambitious family company in Reflex Group as it looks to move away from manual processes and become more strategic in the way it manages it people. By consolidating its critical business functions on a single system and adopting more digital methods of working, Reflex Group will benefit from faster processes and a single unified view of its entire workforce, enabling them to make better information strategic decisions as they continue to grow.
“iTrent provides the perfect platform for Reflex’s continued growth and we look forward to discovering the cost savings and efficiencies achieved as the new processes bed in.”
