The new system will enable Prater to gain a holistic view of its people and perform management tasks from a centralised source, reducing administration time and generating cost savings.

Vivek Thiyagarajah, Finance Manager at Prater says: “At Prater our people are central to success and we are deeply committed to creating a culture that enables them to flourish and supports their personal development.

“Over the past few years it has become increasingly clear that our current processes had become outdated and we need to embrace new digital ways of working to accommodate our future growth.

“The ability to manage every people process with iTrent will enable us to move away from multiple manual systems, with new digital processes accelerating many tasks and eliminating errors associated with paperwork.

“Additionally, iTrent’s intuitive and user-friendly interface will improve the working time of our employees, empowering them to work smarter and perform their day-to-day tasks more efficiently with the data they need easily accessible.

Anton Roe, CEO at MHR comments: “We are delighted to support Prater as it looks to embrace new digital methods to simplify the management of its people.
