Challenge

Toray Advanced Composites recorded information and performance on a spreadsheet and were looking for a more efficient, reliable way to do this. They needed a platform to easily record and measure employees’ competencies, which would allow the team member to review and give feedback themselves.

They desired a single platform to store employee data but didn’t want an overly complex system. 

Solution 

People First enabled Toray Advanced Composites to have more effective tracking and recording of production employee’s performance. The single platform increased quality of contact between mangers and their team members, giving team members the opportunity to review and give feedback on recorded check-ins.
