MHR experts to deliver series of talks at CIPD HR Software & Recruitment Show
Held over the course of both days of the show at stand F60 in the demo theatre, the 15-minute sessions will explore the very latest HR topics and trends while providing delegates with an insight into MHR’s services and how the latest developments to its industry-leading iTrent and Analytics solutions drive employee engagement, improve decision making and aid better management in today’s agile workplace.
Live demonstrations include MHR’s new Talent Check-ins technology, a framework for real-time conversations which allows organisations to replace outdated appraisals with real-time conversations, and HR Chatbot, the UK’s first HR digital assistant which automates many repetitive administration tasks to free staff to focus on more valuable tasks.
Mark Williams, Research Director at MHR says: “As the world of work continues to evolve, organisations need to ensure their management practices, processes, organisational culture and supporting technology also keep pace to meet the demands of the modern workplace.
“Our series of short talks are designed to cover many of the challenges affecting HR professionals today, and provide delegates with the opportunity to learn from our in-house experts and discover how our solutions and services can empower them to deliver positive transformation and navigate the future of work with confidence.”
Day one of the CIPD HR Software Show (Tuesday 13th June at 14.45 – 15.15) will also see Mark Williams deliver an insightful talk on ‘Data Versus Privacy, How Can You Find The Balance?’
He adds: “To drive performance in today’s agile workplace HR teams need to be able to strike balance between exercising their humanness with meeting the market need for efficiency. Smart and efficient use of data is central to this, identifying which data to measure, which data processes are best suited for automation to free up time to focus on more high-value work, and empowering and trusting employees with their own data.”
Demonstrations of iTrent will also be available throughout the duration of the show at MHR’s main stand (F20).
