Hibernian Football Club
Formed in 1875, Hibernian Football Club is based out of Leith and plays at the top tier of the Scottish Professional Football League. They were the first British club to participate in the European cup in 1955 and have continued to grow with Scotland’s sporting landscape.
Challenges
The club had tried other HR systems before, but they often felt disconnected. Other systems lacked the flexibility that the club needed. This would have left Hibernian stuck with features they didn’t need, or with no possibility to use features they did.
