However, the pension provider they were with couldn’t effectively share information monthly. They needed a solution that would fully integrate with iTrent and ensure accurate monthly information was shared.
Solution
MHR’s Pension Data Service (PDS) was an all-encompassing solution, with advanced automation that addressed the reporting challenges associated with 170-plus pension formats.
PDS allowed Devon County Council to integrate historical data to deliver 100% accuracy. This gave them to reassurance they needed to share monthly information in an automated manner, reducing the amount of time taken, minimising HR employees involvement and ensuring accuracy.
