Deborah Meaden announced as guest speaker at MHR’s HR Directors Club Event
Entrepreneur and Dragons’ Den investor Deborah Meaden has been confirmed as keynote speaker at MHR's exclusive HR Directors meeting, to be held at Claridge’s on Thursday 7 March 2019.
One of the UK’s most recognisable and successful business women, Deborah launched her own glass and ceramics export company straight out of business college before enjoying considerable business success in the leisure and retail sector as Managing Director of holiday park business Westar Holidays. Since selling her stake in the company, Deborah has gone on to become a serial entrepreneur and one of the most well-known business personalities in the UK as an investor on Dragons’ Den, which has seen her build up a large and varied portfolio of investments.
Away from her business interests, Deborah is actively involved in numerous charities and is a Fellow for the WWF, a Trustee of Tusk Trust, Ambassador for lendwithcare, Marine Conservation Society and Medical Detection dogs amongst others.
At MHR’s HR Directors Club meeting, Deborah will be discussing her career highlights, along with practical insights that delegates can action to ensure their brand stands out in the market.
