With 45 million customer journeys and 1,000 employees, Nottingham City Transport needed a new way of working.

Challenges

Nottingham City Transport was looking to the future, running a fleet of nearly 300 buses, while managing 1,000 employees and 45 million customer journeys a year.

The biggest challenge was moving away from old, time-consuming paper-heavy systems. The organisation needed to adapt and change to be fit for the 21st century while putting the passengers first, and embracing state-of-the-art iTrent software to manage HR, payroll, finance and analytics processes has been fundamental to the company's progress.
