Peter Ward, Principal Legal Officer and Company Secretary

Peter has been Company Secretary at MHR International Group since 2018 and Principal Legal Officer since January 2022.  Peter has a long background in contract law including teaching, training and commercial negotiation.  Peter has a strong interest and background in negotiation and conflict resolution and uses those skills to good effect to find creative solutions required to unlock difficult contract negotiations with customers and suppliers.
