Connect Health takes engagement levels to new heights with MHR
Connect Health has partnered with MHR for the provision of its leading cloud-based HR and Payroll solution, iTrent, and the UK’s first HR chatbot to unify its critical business processes on a single system and drive employee engagement.
The UK’s largest specialist provider of musculoskeletal services (MSK), which refers to the treatment of disorders, or injuries to muscles, bones and joints, will be using iTrent modules for HR, Payroll and Recruitment to gain total transparency of its entire workforce and optimise the management of its 500 employees, which includes 350 clinical experts in MSK and occupational physiotherapy.
Meanwhile, MHR’s people first chatbot - the UK’s first digital HR assistant which uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) and bot technology – will enable Connect Health to simplify, automate and accelerate routine transactional tasks, reducing administration time across HR and Payroll processes to allow staff to focus on strategic tasks.
Lisa Davidson, HR Director at Connect Health, says: “iTrent will significantly improve the efficiency of our data recording and management information for our HR and Payroll processes while the Recruitment module will ensure applicants receive the best recruitment experience. We’re are also excited to be using MHR’s Chatbot which has the potential to achieve significant time savings through the automation of tasks like holiday bookings and expense submissions, not to mention reducing the amount of payroll queries.”
Anton Roe, CEO at MHR comments: “We are delighted to welcome Connect Health to MHR. iTrent will support Connect Health with the integration of end-to-end business processes for recruitment, HR and payroll, while Employee Self-Service and the Chatbot will enable Connect Health to achieve new levels of engagement from their people.”
