I have worked at MHR for 6 months as a mid weight graphic designer. I enjoy being part of the marketing team, and bringing my own creativity. When I joined MHR, being a profoundly Deaf British Sign Language user I was intrigued as to how I would be accepted, and my interpreter. However, right away I knew I would fit in, be accepted and felt confident to pursue my career here.

Emily Glover

Emily has had a long career in agency recruitment and finally made the move to internal recruitment with MHR in 2018. She’s helped hundreds of people kick-start their careers with MHR and is proud of the recruitment team’s record. They all see the importance of the candidate’s journey.

FAQs

What’s the dress code?

We have a formal dress code at MHR.

How long does an application take?

When you send a CV to us, we aim to get back to you within 2-5 days. The length of the interview process itself is up to you as we’ll send you a scheduling link each time. Generally speaking, our Time to Hire (the period of time from application to accepting an offer) is around 20 days.

Will I receive feedback if I’m unsuccessful?

We receive a high number of applications for every role, and we respond to everyone regardless of whether we progress or not. If you’ve had at least one interview then we will give specific feedback via the phone.

Where can I submit my CV?

What if you’re not advertising a role I’m looking for?

If the job role you're looking for isn't available at the moment, you can submit your CV under the 'We're Hiring' job roles and we'll contact you as soon as a suitable role becomes available. This can be found on our job search page here.
