For new or soon-to-be graduates, we offer attractive graduate programmes with a variety of training and experience in multiple roles across the organisation. The two-year programme is designed to give graduates a taste of different areas of the business, as well as management experience, in order to find the career path that suits them. With a competitive salary and benefits, all you need is a 2:1 to get started.
We offer a variety of training for employees to develop both their current skills and their future ambitions. This can be a mixture of internal training which will help with personal development through to external training which is aimed at technical expertise and competency.

Most roles are filled using a two-step interview process following the application. The first interview is all about you, your experience and your skills. The second interview focuses on technical competency and may involve some form of assessment, depending on the position. Each step will be explained so that you know what to expect in advance.

We have multiple sites, filled with different departments all focusing on collaboration and creativity. Each site has both indoor and outdoor spaces for you to take a break from your desk, for lunch or just a more informal meeting so that you can feel comfortable no matter your working style.
I found out about MHR at a graduate fair, MHR stood out from the moment I started speaking to the graduates there. The program offered lots of variety and I could shape it as I went along.
