Emily Glover, Head of Talent and Resourcing
Emily has had a long career in agency recruitment and finally made the move to internal recruitment with MHR in 2018. She’s helped hundreds of people kick-start their careers with MHR and is proud of the recruitment team as they all see the importance of the candidate’s journey.
Rosie North, Talent Acquisition Business Partner
Rosie has been with MHR since September 2021 and has over 10 years of recruitment experience, she's even obtained a CIPD level 5. Rosie is passionate about finding great people great careers and outside of work, you can find Rosie spending time with her two girls. Megan Rogers, Talent Acquisition Business Partner
Meg joined the business in August 2022, with a 5-year background in recruitment. At MHR Meg is responsible for recruiting talent across commercial and professional services divisions and in her spare time is studying for a master's in international human resource management.

Dom currently recruits for our Software and IT departments at MHR, since joining she has thoroughly enjoyed collaborating with the best tech talent of the future. In her spare time, Dom loves to travel and explore new places, whilst trying new food and learning about different cultures.

We have a formal dress code at MHR.
When you send a CV to us, we aim to get back to you within 2-5 days. The length of the interview process itself is up to you as we’ll send you a scheduling link each time. Generally speaking, our Time to Hire (the period of time from application to accepting an offer) is around 20 days.
We receive a high number of applications for every role, and we respond to everyone regardless of whether we progress or not. If you’ve had at least one interview then we will give specific feedback via the phone.
