MHR's Service Level Agreement

The relevant Service Level Agreement ("SLA") for your MHR software and services can be found on this page. The software and services you have through us can be found on your MHR Order Document or an equivalent document that outlines what you have procured from us.

Please note, that we may update these SLA documents from time to time for the purposes of service improvement, and any such changes will not reduce the level of service you receive nor materially change your obligations.
