You can purchase MHR Assist hours in increments of 10, 30, 60, 120, or 180 hours. Additionally, you can buy a 10-hour bolt-on to any of these blocks, giving you the flexibility to customize your support package to your specific needs.

Service Desk provides technical support over the phone to customers from Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm (EST time).
