As a seasoned professional with over 25 years of HR experience, Mitzi Williams currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Georgia Institute of Technology/Ivan Allen College of Liberal Arts, where she is responsible for all HR functions for the college’s staff, faculty, and students. Previously, she held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer for Atlanta Metropolitan State College.
She holds both an MBA and master’s in human resources management from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science from McNeese State University. In addition, she is an active board member of Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), and an active member of Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and National Association of African Americans in Human Resources (NAAAHR).
