Consultancy to support you
As well as our Assist programme, we offer a range of different consultancy services, from optimising your system to maximise your value, to a full strategic review of your HR and payroll to transform the way you work.
Our team of expert consultants are on hand to offer both remote and onsite consultancy services, depending on your requirements.
You can buy blocks of either 10, 30, 60, 120 or 180 hours with a 10-hour bolt on available, which means you can buy a block of 60 and add an extra 10 hours.
If you use all your hours, no problem, you can just add more.
The minimum session length is 15 minutes and there is no maximum time.
We ask that you use all of your service hours within a 12-month period.
We’ll be in touch with you in less than 24-hours and often sooner than that depending on the support you require.
MHR’s Assist service works alongside your existing Service Desk and Service Cloud support to provide a 360° support package that is on hand when you need it. It has been designed to offer you additional support over and above our standard services.
