Service Cloud is your 24/7 online customer portal: access training and product guides, or raise support cases with MHR’s experts. Alternatively, our Service Desk provides support over the phone from Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm (EST time).

Our standard implementation option is a lighter-touch approach that is ideal for organizations that have the resources and expertise to manage some of the implementation process themselves. Our total project management option is a fully outsourced approach that is ideal for organizations that need more support or simply don’t have the time and resources to manage the process internally. 

MHR Assist is our post-implementation support service that is designed to help you maximize the value of your new system. MHR Assist provides you with access to our experts for technical consultancy, system administration, and security reviews.

You can purchase MHR Assist hours in increments of 10, 30, 60, 120, or 180 hours. Additionally, you can buy a 10-hour bolt-on to any of these blocks, giving you the flexibility to customize your support package to your specific needs.

If you use up all of your MHR Assist hours, you can easily purchase more to ensure that you always have the support you need. 

MHR Assist offers a minimum session length of 15 minutes, with no maximum time limit. This means you can receive the assistance you need for as long as it takes to resolve your issue.

MHR Assist hours are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. This gives you ample time to utilize your support package and maximize its value.

You can expect a response from MHR within 24 hours, and often sooner depending on the complexity of your support request. Our team is committed to providing prompt and efficient assistance to ensure your business operations remain uninterrupted.

MHR Assist complements your existing Service Desk and Service Cloud support by providing an additional layer of personalized and comprehensive assistance. It's designed to offer you access to our expert team for more in-depth support requirements that go beyond the scope of our standard services. 

Service Cloud is our 24/7 online customer portal. You can access advice, training, product guides, and knowledge articles, and raise technical issues and support cases for MHR's experts to address. Service Desk provides technical support over the phone to customers from Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm (EST time).

  • Custom training: We can also provide custom training to meet specific needs. This training can be tailored to your organization's workflow and processes. 
  • Ongoing support: Finally, our Service Cloud and Service Desk are there to support with any technical issues, whenever you need.
