ITC streamlines HR function with MHR to support shift to remote working

Award-winning Irish provider of self -administered pensions deploys cutting-edge People First platform to transform business resilience, organisational flexibility, employee engagement and culture.

Independent Trustee Company (ITC), one of Ireland’s largest providers of self-administered pensions, has selected MHR International, the HR, payroll, finance, and learning expert, to streamline its HR processes to enhance employee experiences and provide one source of data for HR and managers following a change to a fully remote workforce.

Finding its previous solution was no longer suited to its new way of working, ITC has chosen to implement MHR’s acclaimed cloud-based People First platform to unify all HR requirements for its 70-plus workforce.
