IPP Pooling, a family-owned business with 130 years of experience in load carrier services, has partnered with MHR to improve and streamline its HR functions and deliver better recruitment and payroll solutions.

IPP Pooling, which sits within the wider Faber Group, chose MHR’s People First HR, Talent, Learning, Recruitment & Onboarding and Transactional Payroll products to make its HR systems more user friendly.

The company previously relied on manual data storage methods such as spreadsheets, SharePoint files and various other systems. IPP Pooling has chosen MHR’s solutions after getting a taste of their benefits, service levels and operation during an on-site demo at MHR’s office.

The decision also helps the firm to remain committed to its ‘go green’ strategy by keeping these processes digitised. IPP Pooling has previously received a Lean and Green Award for its commitment to sustainability and striving for carbon-neutral operations.

Tammy Rayner, HR Business Partner at IPP Pooling, said: “After seeing first-hand the solutions that MHR could deliver across HR, payroll, talent management and so much more, they were the obvious choice for streamlining and improving our existing processes at IPP Pooling. This enables us to remain fully committed to a greener way of working. Our previous processes were both digital and green, but they were admin-heavy, time-consuming and susceptible to errors. Partnering with MHR to access its People First platform will allow us to achieve greater accuracy while also freeing up more time for other tasks.”

Anton Roe, CEO of MHR, said: “We’re delighted to have been chosen to support IPP Pooling’s HR and payroll processes in a way that helps the company to remain committed to its ‘go green’ strategy. That commitment to people and planet matches MHR’s own sustainability program, so there is a clear, natural fit between our organisations that will only benefit this partnership.”
