At MHR we are committed to ensuring we offer an open and fair working environment for all. Diversity and inclusion are more than just words – they are a guiding principle in building our teams, leaders and company. We listen and engage with our diverse communities. And we value teamwork with our diverse range of suppliers, customers and other external contacts.
Being an individual is your power, our power is our people

An equal opportunity workplace
We recognise the need for greater initiatives to support diversity within our industry. To create equal opportunities for all – regardless of race, religion or beliefs, sex, sexual orientation, age or disability, we're committed to leading initiatives encouraging greater diversity in the technology industry
We believe these initiatives will help us connect with a wider pool of talent and, on a broader level, have a positive impact on our industry.

Promoting opportunities for all genders
We recognise the dominance of males within our industry. We believe that by leading initiatives that encourage breaking that bias, women will be more inclined to explore and seek opportunities in technology.
Through our careers events and relationships with local schools and universities, talent in Nottinghamshire is encouraged to enter the world of technology. Women will be supported by organisations in an industry that at times can be intimidating to them. We want to ensure the local, and broader, tech industry provides opportunities for everyone.
See our Gender Pay Gap Report for 2022-23

What is the gender pay gap?
The gender pay gap is the difference in average hourly rates of pay between women and men in an organisation.
The methodology and calculation is set by the Government Equalities Office to report mean and median gender pay gap, bonus gap and distribution across pay quartiles. It is shown as a percentage of average male earnings.

Aligned to the UN Sustainable Development Goals
Our commitments to equality reflect the UN SDGs of quality education, gender equality and reduced inequalities to ensure fair, equal and supportive workplaces for all.
